What precautions do you take to protect your workers during a commercial project?
We require every worker to follow OSHA safety standards for commercial roofing and have harnesses, hard hats and safety glasses available at every worksite. We also use flags, fence rails and warning lines to ensure everyone stays safe throughout the project.
How do you protect my property from damage?
Our team uses tarps, plywood and other protective materials to cover any items that could be damaged during the project. We promise to treat your property even better than we would our own.
How do you clean up after commercial projects?
Our mission is to leave your property looking better and cleaner than we found it. Therefore, our cleanup process is exceptionally thorough. It includes disposing of all debris in trailers and hauling it away for proper disposal. We also sweep the roof surface clean and ensure no nails are left behind on the ground with a magnetic roller.
What steps will you take to minimize disruptions to my business operations during the project?
We’ll work closely with you to ensure our work schedule is as convenient for your business as possible. This includes working on less busy days of the week, such as Sunday, per your request, and keeping you updated on where we’ll be working and when. We always have onsite supervisors on the ground in public areas monitoring safety and rope-off areas on the ground near where we’re working.
